We are a family owned and operated Italian restaurant. We were mesmerized with the flavors and tantalizing aroma of Italian spices and the beauty in its wonderful and colorful appeal, and fell in love with the idea of serving this amazing taste to our community. We not only offer great pizzas, subs, pastas, salads, sandwiches and burgers, but also a new attitude toward being a part of this community. Using sustainable products and creating an affordable Italian place using the best and fresh ingredients available, all of our pizzas are made to order with fresh hand tossed dough and topped with our special cheese blend.
Our mission is to serve fresh, high-quality food while creating an experience that keeps locals coming back and leaves travelers with a story to remember. The History
Tony and Doris, took a leap of faith on October of 2008, after nine years of experience and hard work learning the ins and outs of the Restaurant Business. An opportunity of leasing an available space at Fishersville Shopping Center came across and later by an acquaintance about starting a pizza place in the Community. Within days of opening the place was packed. Despite of a slowing economy at the time, the stream of customers, wasn't stopping. The decision was to make food that they would serve to their own family and also, to make everything from scratch and bring it down to a family-friendly and casual level restaurant. To the question, if they want to open more Restaurants, Tony replied at the time: 'We love what we do, If we have the opportunity to get bigger, we will get bigger, I am never going to stop'.
